When you walk through the doors you can expect to be welcomed and given one of our weekly newsletters. During the service we like to hand out chocolate for celebrations and newcomers. Our young people are a big part of who we are which means we don’t mind a bit of noise. We also don’t mind if you stand up and stretch your back or even go and get a glass of water!
What should I Wear? Come as you are. You can wear something formal or casual. Whatever you are comfortable in. Maybe don’t turn up in your pyjamas though. You might get a few odd looks.
Where should I park? We have parking down the back of our driveway as well as available spaces on the empty grass section beside the main church building (just leave spaces closer to the front door for accessibility parking.
How long is the Sunday service? We gather as the Body of Christ each Sunday morning at 10:30am. This worship service is usually 1.5hrs long.
What is available on a Sunday for my kids? We (The Church) see our roll as supporting parents to be the primary disciplers of their children. We have a Kids church programe which runs during the sermon. We also have an all in service on the first Sunday of each month which aims to include and engage all ages in worship together.
What is the music style like? You would really have to come each week to find out. The music style can change depending on who is leading. We generally sing more contemporary songs with the added old hymn every now and again.
