Here at Kaiapoi Baptist we strongly believe that everyone is called into a life of discipleship and ministry. We could easily put a photo of everyone in the church on our team page – the church as the priesthood of believers! It’s not just a theological concept at Kaiapoi, it is a living reality. Teamwork is a vital reality and is reflected in our leadership team.
Annette and Simon Williams have been called (January 2017) as Co-Pastors to Kaiapoi Baptist Church, working together as a team. How this works is still an “ever evolving dance”. One thing we know for sure is that God is calling us into something new, not just in the way we structure our team, but also in the life of the church.

Lydia Smith
Lydia is married to Terry and has four awesome daughters, Lydia is our Office Administrator and enjoys this role with all its diversity. Lydia is a keen book reader, which led to her being our volunteer Librarian. She also enjoys doing papercraft and spending time with family and friends.
Annette Williams
Annette Williams joined the team in January of 2017. She is married to Simon and they have two amazing daughters.
