Food for LIFE
Good morning church. Another week has come and gone, some things continue to change and challenge us but God remains the same. This week is Palm Sunday so our service will focus on Jesus as he enters Jerusalem, with a crowd cheering and waving Palm branches.
We have recorded another short service (with the help of a few others) and pray that God will be with you as commit this time to Him.

We know that people have been waiting to see the out-takes from our
pre-recorded Sunday Service. Let’s just say that working in a bubble creates its own unique situations. We hope you enjoy this slice of a lighter side of life at the moment.
Good morning church. We are four days into the restrictions due to
Covid-19. This means that we cannot meet as church, as we usually do. This doesn’t mean that we stop being the church.
We have recorded a short service for you to connect with and engage with in your bubbles. So grab those people you have been spending plenty of time with this week and settle in.
The teaching is called: Life is a Roller-coaster, I’m sure that is something we can all agree with at the moment.

On a hot Sunday afternoon in January. We put up the marquee and had an old fashioned picnic on the lawn next to church. Grateful for the shelter form the sun we enjoyed each others company and food!
It was a great chance to connect with one another, have longer conversations and even get a little competitive over some games.

We are beginning a new series on the 1st of March. Join us for a series on ‘conversational skills’ and the tools we need to engage in meaningful conversations with others. The gospel has always been good news and in the changing cultural landscape we find ourselves in, we need new tools. Come and discover a way to have spiritual conversations.
God has plans and purposes for us this year. As we begin 2020 let’s look at what makes us who we are here at Kaiapoi Baptist.
Our vision and mission came out a retreat with the Eldership and has begun to inform how we live and become the people of God in this time and space.
We are about LIFE – not just for us but for those who are yet to grasp the amazing grace and love that God has for all of us and for His creation.
Our series begins on January 19th. See you there.
This year our Advent series will focus on: peace, hope, joy, faith and love. Come and join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ – Immanuel, God with us.
