Doing the Matthew 25 Challenge has been a transforming experience for us as a family. It was a way for our children to realise that many people lack the basic necessities and that we should care for them.

The latest Baptist Magazine is out. We have a copy in the foyer of the church for people to browse through. There’s some great articles in there that are a source of inspiration and hope. There are a couple of articles centered around the Mosque shooting as well as articles on what is happening around New Zealand and globally; all in all an interesting read. Church Camp 2019
In early March we headed of to the Waipara Adventure Centre and spent the weekend together. Church Camp is always a great time to deepen relationships and spend quality time together. This year our focus was Inter-generational Church and we had Andrew from Scripture Union come and share his wisdom and experiences with us. It was an awesome time and Saturday night was a blast – so much line dancing and laughter!
