The hustle and bustle of Christmas can cause us to lose our focus on the original Advent narrative. Mary and Elizabeth both show us that God gives us joy when we trust Him and obey, even amongst the unknown.  This Advent season recapture the joy that was first declared when God sent his son Jesus as a baby.
