Sabbath - stopping, resting, delighting and contemplating as a rhythm of life that honours God.  We live in a world that just goes to fast.  God invites us through Sabbath and the Daily Office to slow down and connect with Him. It is radical and counter cultural, it declares that God is in control and that we trust Him with all we have.
