We don't have much choice in growing up physically - we all will eventually feel the effects of aging but we do have control over how we grow emotionally!  Emotional healthy spirituality require challenges us to 'grow up' emotionally. To become an emotionally healthy adult.  This can be challenging but is essential in our ongoing discipleship.
